Jail Diversion and Court Ordered Treatment
Keeping individuals with developmental delays, neurocognitive impairments and mental illness out of jail or prison is important so they get the treatment they may need. Court ordered treatment is ordered by the court for an individual to seek and comply to treatment for behavior which has led them to pending criminal charges or have already been charged with a criminal offense. We can provide assessment, development of an individualized behavior plan, monitor that plan to reach the goals of each individual as the court has requested. We monitor our treatment and provide quantifiable data to the court on the client's behalf prior to and/or when ordered to appear for court. We can coordinate with your counsel on treatment progress/compliance. We can also send the progress reports directly to the court.
